2. Overview

The TOAK 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway consists of twelve separate daily giveaways. Each daily giveaway has its own entry period, prize, and winner. Entry into one daily giveaway does not carry over into any other.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of TOAK and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

4. How to Enter

During each daily giveaway entry period, visit TOAK’s official Instagram account and comment on the giveaway post for that day. Any comment qualifies.

No other method of entry is accepted.

5. Entry Periods

Each daily giveaway begins when the corresponding Instagram post goes live and ends 24 hours later. Posts will go live on twelve consecutive days. All entries must be received within the 24 hour entry window for that specific day.

6. Prizes

Each daily giveaway features a different prize, which will be described in that day’s Instagram post. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize will be listed in the corresponding post.

Prizes are non transferable and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Participants may not win more than one daily giveaway.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

For each daily giveaway, the Sponsor will select one winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that day's entry period.

Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message by January 1. Winners must reply within 24 hours of being contacted or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each daily giveaway.

9. General Conditions

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

By entering, participants agree to the decisions of the Sponsor and to abide by these Official Rules.

Any information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy.
