1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and agents of TOAK and its affiliates, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

TOAK, Vessl Inc. 1858 East Encanto Drive Suite 102 Tempe, AZ 85281, is the sponsor of this sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on November 4th 20205 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on December 1st 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entry:

Each TOAK product purchased from drinktoak.com during the Sweepstakes Period counts as one (1) entry.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, email address, mailing address, and the words “Win Free TOAK for a Year Sweepstakes” on a 3x5 card and mail it to:

Each card received will count as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 1st 2025 and received by December 8th 2025.

All entries, regardless of method, must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries are allowed.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive Free TOAK for a Year, consisting of one (1) TOAK Starter Kit or one (1) Refill Pack per month for twelve (12) months.

Winner may select the product each month from available TOAK offerings.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $419.88.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will occur on or about December 9th 2025.

Winner will be notified via the email address or Instagram direct message associated with the entry within 5 business days.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. General Conditions
Each purchase from drinktoak.com counts as one entry, and each mail-in entry counts as one entry. Both methods have an equal chance of winning.

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates these Official Rules or Instagram’s community guidelines.

This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram and TOAK from all liability arising from or related to the sweepstakes.

8. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value if required by law.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner, in accordance with TOAK’s Privacy Policy at https://drinktoak.com/pages/privacy-policy.
