1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

2. How to Enter:
During the giveaway period, view the “Halloween Giveaway Personality Quiz” Instagram post on @drinktoak. Follow @drinktoak and comment your flavor emoji as shown in the post. Limit one entry per person. Entries that do not comply or that violate Instagram’s guidelines will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Period:
Begins on October 31st 2025 at 4:00 pm and ends on November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 am Pacific Time.

4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a TOAK Starter Kit, including one reusable TOAK bottle and a variety pack of TOAK flavor caps (approx. retail value: $12.99). Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced in the caption of the original giveaway post on or about November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 am Pacific and contacted via Instagram direct message within 48 hours. If no response is received within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
